The New Grad Mentorship Pathway supports new grad OT’s in developing strong clinical reasoning, documentation, communication and self‑management skills. With intentional mentorship and structured learning, graduates are supported to grow into independent, confident practitioners at a sustainable pace. This pathway is ideal for those with less than 2 years of clinical experience.

    Our mentorship team brings together over 30 years of combined clinical experience ensuring evidence‑informed guidance and leadership.

  • Structured Onboarding

    Every clinician receives a guaranteed two‑month paid onboarding experience designed to support clinical confidence, professional integration and skill development.

  • Gradual Caseload Integration

    Client cases are introduced gradually allowing mentees to build competence and confidence. Mentees learn to work efficiently and at a sustainable pace while maintaining high-quality client care.

  • Regular Mentorship Meetings

    Mentees engage in regularly scheduled paid one‑to‑one mentorship meetings focused on clinical reasoning, workload management and professional growth throughout the onboarding period. These meetings are designed to focus on your needs and provide support to help you thrive!

  • Clinical Case Reviews

    Following the onboarding period, structured monthly mentee-led case reviews support continued learning, reflection and advanced clinical development.

  • On-call Clinical Support

    Real‑time access to experienced mentors is available for clinical reasoning, treatment planning and decision‑making support as needed.

  • Collaborative Quality Assurance

    A mutual quality assurance approach promotes shared accountability, reflective practice and reassurance that clinical standards and professional expectations are being met. We strive for excellence and support our clinicians to do so as well.

  • 1:1 Shadowing Opportunities

    New therapists participate in frequent individualized shadowing experiences of their mentor(s) to observe clinical approaches, service delivery models and documentation practices in real‑world contexts.
